  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or intimate apparel unless defective.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return authorization
  3. Ship items with RMA number clearly marked

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees and international duties are non-refundable.
