Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your VANA pieces arrive safely and promptly.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We design our pieces to fit and flatter, but understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Our policy is crafted with the same attention to detail as our collections.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or any intimate apparel unless the item arrives defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For exchanges:

  • We’ll cover shipping costs if the exchange is due to our error
  • Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply for the new item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International Returns

For our global customers outside the U.S.:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
