At VANA Apparel Store, we design our timeless pieces to fit and flatter, but we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our return process is crafted with the same care and attention to detail as our collections—simple, sophisticated, and designed for your convenience.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or any intimate apparel unless the item arrives defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges:
- We’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item if the exchange is due to our error
- Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply for the new item
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds may take additional processing time
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
